Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or any items where the hygiene seal has been broken.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process
